This session's presenter is Ramona Hill.
Ramona has reinvented herself multiple times over the span of her 30-plus year career because SHE became intrigued enough in diverse areas of business to “slam on the brakes” of her career to stop, learn, and transform into evolving versions of her professional self. Her background is in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), having graduated from the then male-dominated field of Industrial Engineering at Georgia Tech. Her career path has taken her on a wild ride - from being an Industrial Engineer…to an Organizational Development Manager…to a Human Resources Director…to a Director of Process Improvement…to a College Associate Provost and Vice President of Enrollment, as well as an Adjunct Faculty Member…to today – a Certified Trainer and Facilitator Consultant. She BECAME A CONSULTANT because experience has shown her that there is a vast need for organizations to have professional resources who can lead them through the logical thinking models that will help them improve and grow. Her engineering background prepares her to help them with the logic models and my love of training development is her motivation to facilitate that growth and improvement.
